These programs will allow the participants to discover this unique natural heritage, recently elected as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Portugal, and to learn about the local fauna, flora and its ecologic importance.
Cycling, canoeing or just walking, our specialized guides will show you the fauna and flora of this carefully preserved unique ecosystem.

Enjoy a relaxing day while we show you the ecosystem and local traditional activities, such as salt extraction and traditional fishing.

Considered one of the seven natural wonders of Portugal. Ria Formosa Natural Park extends along 60 kilometers of coastline.

Boat Tours

The Park is protected from the Atlantic Ocean by a chain of dunes almost parallel to the continental shore, formed by two peninsulas and five sandy barrier islands that serve as protection for a vast area of marshlands, channels and small islands.
This habitats shelter a rich variety of plant and animal species and its landscapes are some of the most beautiful in Portugal.
